This publication is based on separate interviews with 4 drag queens, with purpose to celebrate and learn more about the overall drag scene in Bristol as well as an insight to the individual stories of success and hardship that comes alongside drag.
The interview questions selected where chosen for the intention of the drag queens to lead the conversation and speak about their personal perceptions of drag and what it provides for the LGBTQIA+ community.
The images throughout the publication are all originally risograph misprints that we later thought reflected the vibrancy of the drag scene and how we consequently felt as the audience watching them perform.
